Sr. Product Manager, Subscriptions & Service

Kforce has a client in Santa Monica, CA that is in need of a remote Sr.

Product Manager, Subscriptions & Services that is willing to work PST hours.

Duties: Own product end-to-end feature delivery, including authorizing functional requirements and any required documentation (flow diagrams, prototypes, contract mapping, etc.), creating and prioritizing user stories and documenting deployment and post-deployment activities Monitor performance and measure impact (adoption, production issues, etc.) of product enhancements/releases to, if needed, drive clarity on product iteration Respond and drive resolution of relevant internal/external customer escalations Create, update, monitor and clarify detailed user stories in JIRA related to large projects that impact the CES technical systems Communicate desired scope and features to designers and work with them on prototypes and designs Attend and/or facilitate project meetings and Agile ceremonies (grooming, stand-up, etc.) for the CES engineering team Collaborate regularly with customer service stakeholders to understand current pain points, new requirements and demo tech solutions for their approval and feedback Aid in communication of product roadmap and development schedule for project stakeholders Communicate product solutions, including knowledge transfer for internal team training for ongoing usage/management of feature Work with external third-party vendors to asses new partnership opportunities and/or evaluate existing solutions
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year accredited college or university in a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience as a product manager or business analyst working on large tech projects Extensive personal experience as a customer with e-commerce account, order, and subscription management a must Technical Product or business analysis experience on e-commerce account, order and subscription management highly preferred; Experience with consumer facing/commerce tech projects a must Experience working with UX designers is a must Using JIRA/agile user story and acceptance criteria writing Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects a must Ability to work with cross functional teams across different time zones Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills Strong technical savvy; Ability to work and communicate effectively with engineers from a variety of disciplines Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact and facilitate discussions with cross functional teams Expertise documenting requirements that translate business needs into technical requirements clearly Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides required Self-starter, ability to work independently and be extremely resourceful and assertive to hunt down information Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
