Senior Paid Media Manager (Social)

Neil Patel Digital (NPD) is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative  Senior  Paid Media Manager ( Social ) lead to join our Paid Media team either at our headquarters in San Diego, CA or remote .

The ideal candidate has  4+  years of managing paid social budgets of over $500k per month and understands what it takes to compete for some of the most competitive audiences on social platforms.

You should have outstanding knowledge of how Facebook and other social platforms’ systems work, a s well as  have a good grasp on how to (re)structure campaigns to optimize performance and drive down CPA.

Equally important to your technical paid social chops is your ability to communicate your analysis and recommendations to clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to  the Senior Director,  Paid Media, the  Senior  Paid Media Manager  (Social)  will be responsible for the strategic approach and campaign delivery to meet clients’ goals and KPIs driving overall success. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Analyze and resolve diverse, complex issues via an in-depth knowledge of paid social media strategy and delivery across  paid social platforms including ,  but not limited to:  Facebook,  LinkedIn,  Pinterest, Twitter ,  Snapchat, and  TikTok Prepare, research and present paid media plans working with a variety of external clients and industries Build and execute Paid Social Strategies for Fortune 500 Brands from conceptual planning to tactical recommendations, including flighting, LTV, cost per acquisition goals, and budgets Develop a deep understanding for audience buying across all paid media platforms Communicate internally within teams to ensure success across all paid media campaigns and SEO  efforts Conduct ongoing analysis of industry or changing trends Develop and deliver client reporting on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis  Interpret, analyze and make optimization recommendations against paid social media campaigns and database metrics Engage in all aspects of paid social media, including platform capabilities, targeting opportunities, pricing formats and bidding strategie s Support of the new business team and internal Paid Media Team needs Work closely with Paid Media  Mangers &  Associates  to  foster and mentor their growth
Required Skills and Expertise:
4+  years in recent Paid Social experience Experience working with $500K+ monthly ad spends Great written communication skills, with experience writing effective ad copy Strong  organizational skills  with the  ability to prioritize time and workload efficiently Great attention to detail & exceptionally strong with numbers & analysis Recent S hopping/Catalog Sales campaign and feed management  experience  a plus Certified  Facebook Blueprint  Media Buyer or Planner preferred Google Analytics and other professional certifications a plus A passion for digital  performance marketing  and drive to grow within the industry
