Planet Technology seeks a Sr.

Growth Marketing Manager full-time.

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will have a mix of technical, creative and analytical skills to ideate and launch thoughtful, effective and action-driving growth campaigns.

As a member of our client’s Growth team, this person is equally comfortable building full funnel acquisition campaigns and analyzing campaign results.

This person will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization (growth, marketing, product, engineering, design, and CX) to execute needle moving growth experiments and projects.

The role requires someone who is incredibly executional, detail-oriented, a quick problem-solver and has a can-do attitude.

The role will report to our VP of Growth.

The Impact you will make
Ideate, execute and report on growth strategies and campaigns that can move the needle across the company’s revenue, subscriber, and retention growth goals Be able to drive large promotional campaigns that drive direct response conversion across entire funnel from awareness to purchase and retention Key resource in developing internal core competency around the ability to segment, target, acquire, remarket and optimize customer acquisition across a coordinated growth marketing strategy through all marketing channels and sources Leverage both creative marketing campaign best practices and data analytics to implement thoughtful experiments that create a seamless and ideal user journey Serve as a senior member of the growth team in order implement best practices and drive the rhythm of business (weekly meetings and reviews) for the growth team Work closely with cross functional stakeholders across product, engineering, finance, CX and design in order to drive growth projects forward Implement a strong culture of A/B testing and scaling where impact is both optimized and maximized Drive a “lean startup” style environment of constant experimentation and learning (“growth mindset”)

Attributes for Success
6+ years of experience working in a growth oriented marketing team focused on driving subscriber and revenue growth 5+ years of proven proficiency in creatively ideating and executing an abundance of various full funnel campaigns across all growth channels Experience working in cross functional environment including growth, marketing, product, creative, and CX to drive transformational growth projects Strong data analytics background in order to understand full funnel impact of acquisition efforts and ROI and ad spend Self-Starter
– ability to execute and implement change Critical Thinking – strategic and highly analytical, particularly related to driving thoughtful experiments, understanding insights, and reporting its impact Leadership – easily move others to action by planning, motivating, organizing and controlling work being done Goal Oriented – naturally motivated to reach goals Interpersonal/Communication Skills – an innate ability to channel different points of view; Able to establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility quickly; Create team atmosphere with internal staff while achieving key objectives; Excellent consulting skills as well as technical writing and public speaking Professional – provide a good balance of risk taking and judgment; Is aggressive and confident; Able to operate independently of a large staff

Knowledge of marketing data analytics and attribution platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other 3rd party advertising attribution platforms Knowledge of SQL and data analytics  Previous experience in an SaaS environment
