Compensation: $90000.00 to $100000.00 yearly

Robert Half is seeking a Regulatory Relations & Reporting Analyst to work in a fast-growing company. This individual will work at an accelerated pace, deliver a high quality of analytical, critical thinking, and research and interpretive skills, and exercises discretion with sensitive and confidential information.

What You’ll Do:
Coordinate regulatory findings tracking and communications/interactions with regulators.
Develop and provide appropriate responses to regulatory inquires
Coordinate the gathering, storing and submission of materials, facts and data
Submit timely written responses in the format preferable to governmental authorities
Maintain accurate records of regulatory interactions and responses
Assist in developing and producing monthly management and committee reporting on the status of regulatory findings and interactions; provide additional ad-hoc reporting as needed
Validate/verify completion of action plans across the company and ensure records are properly retained

Job Requirements:
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
MBA a plus
Requires hands-on experience in Regulatory Reporting monthly, quarterly and annual production reporting cycles
Extensive knowledge in regulatory reporting concepts and best practices
Ability to critically review and challenge numbers and information
High degree of attention to detail
Ability to be a proactive self-starter
Strong analytical, problem solving, technical and critical thinking skills
