Job Title : Product Manager IV – Remote

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

* Responsible for providing overall leadership and subject matter expertise for the implementation of the technical areas in scope and overseeing the timely completion of deliverables required by the project plan. Oversees the overall design, testing and deployment of the technical areas.

* Partner with internal technical leads, SI Technical Leads and PM to ensure all deliverables are met

* Provide strategic guidance to the technical teams. Ensure decisions made are in line with established guiding principles

* Provide direction, issue management and resolution for all technical areas

* Partner closely with BT leaders and program sponsors on proactive escalation and issue resolution

* Partner closely with program functional leads to ensure alignment and synergy across the program.

* Collaborate on the review/ of test scenarios/scripts for integration testing and UAT and assist in all testing efforts

* Assist in the preparation for final production cutover

* Responsible for ensuring technical workstreams are coordinating timelines and deliverables cross team

* Engage with project sponsors and senior leaders to support project deliverables

* Prepare materials for variety of audiences – executive presentations, communications to broad audiences, PMO updates etc

Required Key Skills:

* Experience leading large global Workday and/or equivalent implementation programs

* Experience and knowledge of Workday implementation methodology. Has led workstreams which include integrations, data conversion, security and reporting.

* Demonstrated track record of quickly establishing and maintaining effective relationships across all levels of an organization and with diverse internal customer groups

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

* Ability to influence a diverse set of stakeholders through change management efforts rather than direct control

* Flexible and adaptable; highly curious and able to work in ambiguous situations

* Results-driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

* Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere

* Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

* Demonstrated experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

Required Education & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, and/or related fields

* 7+ years of experience in managing HR technology either in IT or HR

* HR Technology implementation experience for large cloud based solutions(Workday preferred)

* Experience working in large, global multi-brand companies with over 50,000 employees
