Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Full- Time sales representative with Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and or Hospice experience. Ideal candidate will already have established professional relationships with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, facilities and health care decision makers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute consultative selling strategies to build sustainable relationships to increase referral sources through regular outreach and community-based collaboration among providers.
  • Develop, execute and evaluate strategic marketing plans including tactics designed to meet budgeted admission and census goals and advise on new opportunities for growth.
  • Obtain referrals and align with operations to assure quality service.
  • Provide leadership and support with clinical and operational counterparts to establish and implement short- and long- range goals, objectives, policies and operating standards.
  • Educate referral sources about the organization’s missions, core values, and what distinguishes us from other providers.
  • Coordinate with patients and their families for care conferences as needed and assist them with all admission paperwork as needed.
  • Knowledge of legal and ethical rules related to appropriate and compliant business development.
  • Within scope of position, provide leadership and personal accountability, professional development and integrity.
  • Plan and coordinate public education and communication efforts to increase community outreach on our clinical programs that improve patient outcomes and allow them to maintain their home environment.
  • Valid driver’s license, and auto insurance, reliable/well maintained transportation.
  • Conducts self in an honest, professional and ethical manner.

Pay: $73,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year
