The Corporate Development team works across Collectors Universe to bring world-class ideas, technology, and talent into the company through acquisitions and partnerships.

The team is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, structuring, and executing impactful acquisitions/partnerships, as well as informing the company’s strategy by identifying trends and maintaining industry relationships.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team at the beginning of its next chapter.

You will report to the VP/Head of Corporate Development, work with senior leaders across the business and industry, and participate in all stages of the evaluation and acquisition process.

The ideal candidate will be a strong independent and strategic thinker, who possess great curiosity and judgement.

What You’ll Do
Research opportunities, generate ideas, drive due diligence, financial, and valuation analysis, and create memos and presentations to communicate to senior management and BOD.

Drive quantitative and qualitative analysis for corporate & strategic initiatives, M&A and partnership opportunities and new business aims Develop new business by identifying and executing new strategic partnerships Evaluate value creation opportunities and risks in potential transactions/partnerships Work closely with internal and external partners to structure and execute transactions Assemble board of director and management materials related to strategic initiatives, M&A and partnership opportunities and new business initiatives Work cross-functionally across the company on a variety of projects Projects might range from partnering on product development and pricing to evaluation of new revenue opportunities and identifying acquisition/investment targets

Who You Are
8+ years of experience in a highly analytical and strategic role (management consulting, investment banking, and/or corporate strategy) Excellent verbal and written communicator Relationship oriented & great at driving consensus A natural problem solver who effectively deals with ambiguity Ability to logically structure analysis of complex issues and develop creative solutions Self-starter who excels in a demanding, fast-paced, and fluid environment Ability to frame/communicate complex concepts and analysis in memo and presentation form (both Microsoft and Google Suite) to senior executives Willingness to step up to greater responsibility, strong desire to contribute to overall goals
