Position Overview The role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to drive strategy, execution, optimization, and data analysis of key paid digital marketing channels to accelerate company growth.

These responsibilities include managing search engine marketing accounts, publisher and third-party marketing relationships, and affiliate marketing efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing…

Search Engine Marketing* Management of all in-house and client paid search channels, including but not limited to strategic account management and budgeting, A/B testing, campaign setup, interface reporting, bidding strategies, relevant display placements, and flighted marketing campaigns* Provide strategic recommendations and KPI projections for proposals to potential client paid search accounts* Oversee new landing page strategy, provide SEO research and recommendations, and report on progress towards SEO KPI’s* Provide regular analysis of paid media placements, spend, and growth, as well as upload weekly reporting into CRM system* Analyze key marketing KPI’s and lead optimization and action plan recommendations* Campaign implementation, tracking, and optimization* Monitor competitor media and identify new opportunities for AvoyaPaid Marketing Channels * Advanced direct-to-publisher media buying including targeting, segmentation, campaign settings, campaign structure, and device type* Conduct in-depth reporting and analysis across assigned paid media placements and oversee budget preparation including invoice management* Management and implementation of 3rd party marketing tracking systems, as well as ability to set up and approve ads across different marketing platforms* Maintain publisher relations and correspondence including, but not limited to placement optimizations, reporting discrepancies, and invoice requests* Collaborate on strategy for digital marketing campaigns* Research industry data and identify new opportunities of growth for Avoya* Oversees costs estimates, budget pacing and changes to campaign budgets, including PPC, programmatic, display and native campaigns* Facilitate affiliate marketing partnership relationships and negotiate commission rates for promoting Avoya offers* Recommend budgets to executives for marketing campaigns and leading contract negotiations with advertising partners* Aggressively pursue new partnership opportunities Sound Like A Good Fit?

What It Takes To Be Successful…
