With PeopleFinders’ expansion of b2b products including powerful API and browser extension applications, the Company is seeking a new role as Business Development Manager. This new role within the company is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with knowledge of lead generation, contact enrichment and big data applications.

  This role will work directly with the Director of Product Development to ensure product development strategy and execution meets the needs of the customer base and verticals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Oversee the strategy and execution of a go-to-market plan including

o    sales, marketing, and branding

·        Execute customer acquisition by increasing active customer accounts.

·        Responsible for sustainable growth of the business by increasing revenue quarter over quarter.

·        Develop client relationships and channel partners creating a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

·        Identify and develop strategic partnerships.

·        Expand business operations toward sustained growth.

·        Monitor revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.

·        Perform competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.

·        Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue aligned with product development initiatives

 

Business Development Qualification Requirements:

·        Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

·        B2B sales and marketing experience

·        Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive

·        Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

·        Excellent organizational skills

·        Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

·        Knowledge of a CRM application (Salesforce, Hubspot)

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

·        Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, in sales, marketing or related field.

Location & Travel
Company has headquarters based in Sacramento, CA however remote is preferred. Available to travel as required for meetings, conferences
