Branch Sales Manager

This is a Contract position in Palo Alto, CA posted September 12, 2021.

We are currently seeking an exceptional Branch Manager for our Little Rock office.

The ideal Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from start to finish with his/her sales team.

The Branch Manager will be out in the field with their sales team to prospect, coach and help close deals.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for recruitment and training of all sales reps in their department and hold their team accountable to 4 Star’s standards.

Job Responsibilities include: Direct and oversee the sales team Provide leadership to achieve operational and financial goals Complete insurance adjuster assessments Implement and ensure company policies and procedures are being used Establish performance goals and hold their sales team accountable Review weekly activity of their sales team to ensure proper field time Make sure we are touching all our customers and prospects on an ongoing and consistent basis Lead and manage onboarding process for new sales employees Lead the rollout of sales programs and new technology Continuously coach team on sales techniques and sales tools Identify strengths and weaknesses of the Outside Sales Reps and work with management to generate a plan to improve performance Job Qualifications: Ability to identify and assess talent Excellent judgment, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, performance driven Documented success in building teams and achieving desired outcomes Strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft office Excellent leadership skills Experience: Roofing: 2 years (Preferred) Commission Sales: 3 years (Preferred) Management: 3 years (Preferred) Sales: 5 years (Preferred) Door to Door Sales: A Must Have.
