Program Manager

This is a Contract position in Santa Clara County, CA posted March 26, 2020.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines and teams.

They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams.

This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.

Responsibilities Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for given project Ensure high quality work is produced Lead or co-author all or sections of manuscripts reporting project findings for publication or at national conference symposia Assist in the preparation of grant applications, including taking responsibility for first drafts of specific subsections.

Applying rigorous research methods, including staying informed of cutting edge approaches newly developed in the implementation research field Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experience in social science related area Experience in Mental Health Research Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
