Smart, intuitive, useful, fun, social, mobile, and effective only begin to describe the Platform e level before making recommendations about ways they might be able to assist the client.

: 8-15+ years of consultative, solution sales experience is required.

Selling to large (5K+) employee size customers is highly preferred.

Experience with long (6-18+mos) sales cycles and larger ($250K+) deals is preferred.

A history of career progression and stability (No more than 3 Jobs/10 years) Impeccable presentation skills BA/BS required Selling to CHRO/HR or CMO/Marketing Executives is preferred.

Compensation : Compensation is not capped and is based on your performance.

Base salary to $120K plus commission & bonuses 1st Year OTE $150K-160K+.
