Talent Development Coordinator

About the Role 

The talent development coordinator schedules our live training and development offerings and manages our on-demand programs through our learning management system.

The talent development coordinator ensures that every employee at HashiCorp has access to the learning they need to succeed in our unique, global environment.

In this role, you will be the primary administrator of our Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining a system that is used by every employee at HashiCorp.

You will use the system to deliver on-demand learning to every employee from their first day on-the-job through their entire career at HashiCorp.

You will schedule out our live learning programs, working with a cross-functional group to ensure our calendar works with the demands and needs of the business.

You will also manage enrollment in our programs and help our facilitators produce live workshops. 

In this role you can expect to
Become a highly expert LMS system administrator Enter learning paths and courses in our LMS, determining the best way to deliver both on-demand, learner chosen coursework and company-driven compliance training Create reports from our LMS that generate insights about the effectiveness of our programs Manage a dynamic and intricate calendar of learning events Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver learning from many departments Help facilitate employee training and produce live learning sessions with our facilitators
