nnPerforming as a Senior Laboratory Engineer, apply best practices to modify H-1 Software Integration Laboratory hardware and design/coordinate new functionality solutions for 3 laboratory benches.nn nn Essential Job Functions: nn nnEnsure laboratory functions duplicate aircraft functions by analyzing aircraft drawings.nn nnDevelop laboratory drawings, and determine laboratory hardware solutions.nn nnProvide integration for complete avionics suite, sensors, and weapons systems.nn nnAnalyze proposed changes to design modifications to laboratory and recommend technical solutions via whitepapers.nn nnCollaborate with geographically dispersed engineers/teams to determine H-1 weapons system operational needs.nn nn?Utilize technical autonomy to complete tasking within schedules.nn nnResearch laboratory equipment needs and recommend hardware purchases.nn nnPerform as technical lead to technicians and engineers, and coordinate.nn nnPerform as SME for laboratory power distribution, Avionics communication throughout all multiplex buses, and RF transmissions and sensing.nn nnDetermine laboratory modification schedules, and ensure completion of modifications within schedule.nn nnTrack tasking progress using Government databases.nn nn Job Requirements nn nnDue to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S.

Citizenship is required.nn nnA Master’s degree in electrical or systems engineering with a minimum 10 years of laboratory design experience.nn nnDemonstrated understanding of MIL-S-1553, MIL-S-1176, and ARINC-429 multiplex bus architectures and operation.nn nnExperience with AltaDt bus interface cards, Ethernet cards, and VME cards.nn nnExperience with SimC.nn nnExperience with Avionics, Weapons Systems, and aircraft sensors and operation.nn nnDemonstrated experience with ORCAD and MATLAB.nn nnSelf-motivation to work independently to overcome obstacles.nn nnFlexibility to shift tasking to meet the customer’s current priorities.nn nnExperience with aircraft data reduction and analysis.nn nnExcellent verbal and written communication skills.nn nnAbility to properly prioritize and manage concurrent tasks.nn nnAbility to work directly with others, as well as independently.nn nnMust be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.nn nn Desired Skills: nn nnSerena Dimensions experience.nn nnExperience and working knowledge of Data Link and Communication Systems and their associated messages (i.e.
