This is a Full-time position in San Francisco, CA posted October 29, 2019.

Senior Estimator : The Senior Estimator reports to the General Manager and is responsible for all phases of estimating, cost engineering and project control functions to include but not limited to: Budget/feasibility, contractor bid reviews, bid take offs, conceptual, preliminary and final estimates, change order reviews, analyses and negotiations, productivity analyses, and use of cost code estimating. Develops and implements project cost engineering standards and procedures. Establishes the project work breakdown structure and works closely with the PM’s to achieve successful completion and hit target margins. Key :
· Source new qualified electrical contracting clients.
· Bid, propose, design and win Degryse electrical construction projects.
· Direct the activities of Project Engineers during the process of winning Degryse electrical construction projects.
· Develop and manage the budgets, schedules, scope, including managing and estimating change orders.
· Proactively communicate and meet with Degryse prospects and clients and develop and maintain a strong, positive working relationship with prospect and client representatives.
· Negotiate and resolve all client concerns and issues.
· Proactively communicate and meet with Degryse vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors and develop and maintain a strong, positive working relationship with their representatives.
· Develop and maintain a network of professional relationships within the electrical contracting industry.
· Conduct project reviews for future improvements.
· Bid, propose, design and win Degryse electrical construction projects that meet or exceed Degryse standards for client qualification, project scope and project profitability.
· Meet or exceed the assigned annual targets for new and existing client sales and projects under management. Skills, Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree (electrical engineering degree a plus).
· 5+ years electrical estimating experience.

· Strong computer skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication.
· Outstanding interpersonal skills.
· Valid California State driver’s license.
· Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance. Compensation Package:
