From supporting racial equity efforts and LGBT rights to extending parental leave benefits, we aspire to do the right thing in every part of the world.nn nnIn this role, you will lead disability initiatives centrally on the Equity Programs team in Employee Engagement with People Operations (POps).n nAs the Program Lead, you will have a unique opportunity to build trust and improve equitable outcomes for the disability community at Google.

You will have an eye toward ensuring equitable offerings for Googlers with Disabilities, internally partner with the Accessibility Googler Experience (AGEX) team, the Disability Alliance (DA) Employee Resource Group, and the DA community advisor to assess, grow, and scale programs and interventions to our people systems for Googlers with Disabilities.nn nnGreat just isn’t good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as “Human Resources”).

You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.nn nn Responsibilities nn Work with the Accessibility Googler Experience team, the Disability Alliance Employee Resource Group, and across Google to align priorities, drive, and measure outcomes.

Leverage data to identify existing programs and areas of opportunity to apply interventions for Googlers with disabilities.

Work with leadership to drive project goals and outcomes.

Create new programs for Googlers with Disabilities that bring together the very best of POps.

Partner with people systems owners across POps to consider disability and accessibility as a design element and outcome.

Manage communications to share progress and key outcomes to the community, key stakeholders and Employee Resource Groups.
