We are seeking a per diem group facilitator to support our residential program Monte Nido California located in Calabasas. This is a residentia program working with adult females.
The anticipated schedule is Sunday 9am-3pm with option to pick up other shifts as needed.
Rate: $22-$27/hr
Responsibilities Include::

Facilitates group therapy under the guidance of primary therapist

Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers

Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management

Participating in discharge and aftercare planning

Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food

Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients’ intersecting identities
Qualifications::

Enrolled in a Master’s program in clinical counseling or related discipline

State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field

Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful

Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices

CA regulations require all healthcare workers to be fully vaccinated.
