Email Channel Strategist One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for an Email Channel Strategist to work with the Product Marketing Team to build email strategy to deliver impactful results that meet goals in every stage of the lifecycle.

Ideally experience in the B2B tech space.

Client has Data Center products designed for enterprise organizations that need client’s products to perform well at scale, with minimum downtime for their users.

Do you have experience crafting performance-based yet customer-focused email campaigns to deliver engagement metrics and quantify business results with analyses?

Can you be entrepreneurial and roll up your sleeves email strategy from vision through execution in partnership with cross-functional teams.

& : Partner with stakeholders to create email strategy to meet business goals as it relates to Onboarding & Activation, acquisition, retention and upsell.

Help teams develop the right segmentation and messaging to send the right message at the right time Develop and advise stakeholders on email best practices and appropriate content for email programming Work with partners to develop A/B testing of new email content Provide regular cadence of reporting with insights and recommendations on how to adjust customer interactions and inform product email campaigns to improve key performance metrics.

Support Email Channel Strategist in executing strategic projects (eg.

email lifecycle programs like post purchase) Build email audiences in our home-grown platform (EP) More about you On your first day, we’ll expect: 2-4+ years experience in email marketing with onboarding & Activation, acquisition, retention and upsell.

Strong with email best practices.

You to understand customer journeys and segmentation A/B testing of new email content Experience with Salesforce and Marketo a big plus You to be data driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills and think in terms of LTV, ROI and your impact on the bottom line to the business, can analyses dashboards for insights Experience driving engagement, conversion and building customer relationships through email targeting, creative and messaging Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment Proven strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Think strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution Experience with marketing creative and content, with a demonstrated ability to blend this with analysis Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to work well across functions, successfully bringing people together toward common goals Marketing automation and Salesforce experience a plus Good with Excel for analytics reporting of experiments, to process and streamline Duration: 6-12 months to start, with extension and contract to hire possibilities Location: San Francisco CA
