Growing Supplement Manufacturer is seeking a Chemist II to join their team.

Responsible for providing support to the Laboratories to ensure that testing has been performed as per the written Standard Operation Procedures and Analytical Procedures.

Responsibilities
Perform analytical tests of raw material, in-process, and finished products Perform wet chemistry methods, HPLC, GC, ICP, ICP/MS, GC/MS Dissolution test, UV, GC-MS and/or ICP-MS Document test results, problems and other issues, perform troubleshooting of issues that arise during analysis Follow GLP, GDP, GMP, and Lab Safety Guidelines Write and perform investigation of out of specification OOS Perform validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) of laboratory instruments and analytical methods under the directions of senior chemist, lab supervisor and/or manager Have good knowledge and understanding of quality in the manufacturing environment, as well as laboratory controls and safety
Requirements
BS in Science, preferably Chemistry 2-5 years experience in an Environmental Lab experience running GC/MS and/or ICP/MS Experience working on GC/MS and/or ICP/MS in GMP or regulated laboratory environment
