We are seeking a Full-Time Recovery Coach/CNA to join our team at Monte Nido East Bay in Lafayette, CA! Recovery Coaches are key members of our multi-disciplinary treatment team.

We are looking to fill a Wednesday – Sunday 2:30pm-11pm schedule

Salary: $20-$24/hour

Summary of Benefits

Responsibilities Include::

• Monitor clients’ emotional well-being and intervene as needed.
• Prepare and supervise meals and snacks, including modeling normalized eating habits.
• Supervise client walks, activities, and off-site outings in the community and occasionally drive clients to off-sites.
• Prompt and proper documentation.
• Medication administration.

Qualifications::

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• Experience in residential or hospital mental health setting is very helpful.
• Driver’s license with safe driving history.
• Must hold CPR/BLS prior to starting work; we can arrange training if needed.
