This is a Full-time position in Fresno, CA posted June 8, 2021.

Accounts Receivable candidate with contracts management experience needed for large Fresno security group.  Qualified candidates should possess  a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role and have general accounting knowledge.

Job Duties include  preparing customer invoices,  processing customer payments and adjustments, preparing bank deposits, along with investigating and resolving customer queries, and reconciling customer accounts.

Follow up and resolving payment delinquencies, performing collection activity, and maintaining customer files are also included.

In order to be successful in this role, candidates should have strong written and oral communication skills as well as strong customer service skills in order to interact with both customers and operations staff.

Good analytical,critical thinking, decision making skills, along with the ability to prioritize, and work efficiently in an organized way is paramount.

Confidentiality is also required at all times.

There will be opportunities for special projects, cross-training, and assisting with other accounting tasks.This is a fast paced, deadline driven environment.  This is a temp to hire opporutnity with a salary range of $17-21 per hour, depending on experience.
