They are looking for a VP of Marketing to lead the marketing org through a major growth phase.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own all marketing initiatives including branding, positioning, strategic messaging, corporate communications, growth marketing, GTM strategy, content, demand gen, and guild thought leadership around the private markets.nn nn Client Details nn nnOur Client is a Series A fintech company with over $30 million in funding and offices all over the world!nn nn Description nn Build and maintain brand direction Build and lead a team of marketers across various functions (product marketing, demand gen, marketing ops, etc) Work collaboratively with Product, Design, Engineering, and leadership to determine the marketing strategy based on market trends Partner closely with customer-facing teams to align marketing strategy with acquisition/retention initiatives Own the full customer journey and all strategic messaging Manage marketing budget and agency/vendor relations nn Profile nn 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles Experience scaling a team through high growth at a top tech company B2B and/or B2C FinTech experience preferred Highly strategic and able to balance long term strategy with short term results Experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans (growth, digital, offline, events, email, etc.) Experience driving demand and revenue with data, and scaling a company in a high growth stage Skilled in modern marketing technologies Experienced in building and owning a marketing budget Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred experience marketing in heavily regulated industries like financial services Location Flexible but must be willing to work onsite in New York or San Francisco office post COVID restrictions nn Job Offer nn nnCompetitive compensation package including equity and benefits.nn
