Social Media Manager

The Sr.

Social Media Manager role is responsible for all activities that revolve around our client’s social channels.

The Sr. Social Media Manager is responsible for driving the strategic priorities on all social media platforms.

This person is responsible for pushing the brand’s social media presence forward and keeping it informative and engaging for both customers and prospects.

The Impact You Will Make
Develop and execute an organic social media strategy to drive awareness, buzz, follower growth, and engagement across all channels (including, but not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Clubhouse, and more) Innovate strategies on both existing and emerging platforms to stay effective on and on-trend Work closely with Director of Brand Marketing to develop and own goals and performance metrics for all social channels; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement Coordinate social media activities with the promotion calendar and priorities of the marketing team and org as a whole Partner with internal teams to execute integrated social activity for brand and product campaigns, helping to breathe customer-first thinking into everything we do Deliver actionable analysis of social media results, along with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting that gives clear and concise summaries of effort and outcome Constantly introduce new ideas/opportunities, figure out how to test them, and develop innovative activations ahead of competitors Collaborate with the Community team to identify content opportunities using community insights and feedback and expand our strategy on how we share Hero stories Ensure cohesive and engaging brand messaging across all social platforms Understand how to maintain a unique, but unified, voice for each platform Supervise the work of a social media team, always holding the team accountable for top-quality content and support

Attributes for Success
6+ years of experience in social media marketing Experience generating and executing large-scale social media campaigns across platforms with a track record of growing audiences and delivering on engagement metrics Creative thinker with a passion for developing and delivering big ideas Extreme attention to detail with relentlessly high standard Exceptional verbal and written skills Self-Starter
– ability to execute and implement change Critical Thinking – strategic and highly analytical Leadership – easily move others to action by planning, motivating, organizing and controlling work being done.

This role has 2 Direct reports and you MUST have management experience (setting goals, hiring / firing, etc,.) Goal-oriented – naturally motivated to reach goals Interpersonal/Communication Skills – an innate ability to channel different points of view; Able to establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility quickly; Create team atmosphere with internal staff while achieving key objectives; Excellent consulting skills as well as technical writing and public speaking
