The Opportunity

The Marketing Associate is responsible for executing a wide range of marketing and communication materials and projects.

This includes playing a key role in overseeing the content, compliance, design and production.

You Will
Supports company growth and success by working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, assisting in the development of a wide variety of marketing and communication deliverables.

Ensures that all assigned materials are consistent with the brand look, tone and feel by applying brand standards, editorial guidelines and professional design practices.

Guarantees that all assigned marketing projects include accurate specific plan content and required compliance content based on regulations and material type.

Plans, develops, implements project schedules and ensures that deadlines are met by working with cross-functional team members, design professionals and outside vendors.

Monitors and expedites the production of time-critical collateral as well as other assets, materials and deliverables.

Maintains compliance by understanding relevant federal and state regulations while working with the Compliance department to resolve questions and issues.

Responsible for trafficking final materials types to various business depts.

and vendors for backend production and maintains accurate and updated job folders and archives.  Maintains collegial, collaborative relationships within the organization to ensure that cross-functional work is completed.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

Your Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in regulated materials development including strategy development, regulatory compliance and production expertise.

Three or more years’ experience developing and executing marketing programs in a membership organization (e.g., health plan, financial services) required.  Experience marketing to the 65+ segment and / or Medicare Advantage experience preferred.

Knowledge of CMS regulations strongly preferred.

Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills required –
– especially the ability to formulate and articulate a logical point-of-view, act with integrity and operate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

This includes having the ability to confidently meet with peers as well as manager and director-level department heads.

Must be detail-oriented and able to handle many tasks independently and simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to meet deadlines consistently without sacrificing quality required.
