Position Overview

This position will work in QA teams involved with automation and manual testing on products that integrate hardware, firmware, software, and 3rd party products at a system level.

The primary focus is on Windows native applications. Candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Specific Responsibilities
Design, develop and leverage automation frameworks/libraries and scripts to improve efficiency and new features testing Plan and execute feature, regression, and manual test suites of core system components including hardware and firmware products Debug, highlight and find solutions for complex problems Translate testing requirements into detailed plans, develop schedules, deliver automated solutions in predictable, timely manner Evaluate and analyze tools and provide feedback on latest automation technology Ensure that all failures and anomalies are corrected or dispositioned and verified before next build.

Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards Support CI/CD pipelines and tool integration Review and provide constructive feedback to team members’ automation and tool codes
Required Qualifications
BS in Computer Science or Engineering 3 to 5 years of experience in software development using OOP and C#.

Experience with .Net/Microsoft Automation APIs or Test Stack White.

Experience Implementing Page Object Model automation Experience with automation tools (like Visual UI Automation, Verify or Inspector).

Basic understanding and troubleshooting of network technologies Familiar with Atlassian tools Experience in behavior-driven development (BDD), Test-driven development (TDD) or Keyword Driven Scripting
 Desired Experience
Experience testing consumer or commercial electronics driven by software Experience working with Jenkins for continuous integration, git and Bitbucket.

Knowledge of databases such as Microsoft SQL, MySQL or Oracle.

Working knowledge of Python/Javascript Working knowledge of Agile Development Practices and Scrum methodologies
