RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client in search of an EIC Project Coordinator in Redwood City, CA.

This role is currently 100 remote and will switch back to office environment when COVID-19 ramps down.

Must be able to work in office at that time.

Overview The EIC Coordinator is a dynamic role as this candidate will work with both internal and external customers for an optimal experience.

The candidate should be exceptional at managing details and enjoy wearing several different hats.

The EIC Coordinator provides concierge-style service across stakeholders involved with briefings (catering, workplace services, briefing strategists, account teams, and company Execs) as well as manage the look and feel of the physical briefing space.

The EIC Coordinator is an ambassador for the company to our customers.

The main goal is to provide an optimal customer experience to our customers as well as the internal account teams we support.

Responsibilities include Briefing coordination (including calendaring, Salesforce updates, catering, and internal communication with account team and briefing strategist) Run the day-to-day operations of the briefing center including, but not limited to, swag inventory management, room request management, digital customer profile updates and management Organize internal meetings and events other than briefings that take place in the Briefing Center Manage pre-engagement arrangements and act as day-of support point of contact including, but not limited to agenda, feedback forms, name tents, badges, AV setup, padpen, room setup, etc.

Assist head of executive engagement on special projects Support and schedule small EIC virtual briefings and Innovation Tours Lead office tours for customers as needed Serve as point of contact and manage relationships with security, facilities, janitorial, AV, etc.
