COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This is a full-time position with competitive pay and an alternative work week schedule (4 days/week, 10 hours/day). Base pay starts between 22.44-24.44 dependent on experience (DOE). With the mastery of certain skills, in 6 months time motivated individuals may be able to add up to $2/hr. and in 12 months time an additional $2/hr. With further on the job training, additional wage increases are available over time for team members who demonstrate mastery of specific skills. $3,000 hiring bonus! Hiring bonus to start paying out at 90 days.All job offers are contingent upon applicant passing a post-offer, pre-employment background check, driving record review, arduous physical, and drug/alcohol screening.
