Customer Success Manager


This is a Full-time position in San Jose, CA posted April 20, 2020.

We have a remote based Customer Success Manager opening working with high-tech subscription based software for networking infrastructure and virtualization.

The position will focus on nurturing and expanding new and existing customer accounts.

The software has a focus on end user compute (EUC) products needed for business continuity and remote workforce management.

-Work closely with clients to onboard, nurture and expand customer account -Understand customer accounts and product features of company.

-Conduct periodic Health Checks on customer environments -Guide and lead complex enterprise solutions with stakeholders over the lifetime of the customer relationship.

-Learn both the technical nuances of how the product works and become a true partner for the customer.

-Ability to upsell customer accounts with assistance from Regional Sales Manager and Sales Engineer.

-Work with client Managers, CTO’s and propellerhead contacts -Manage multiple customer accounts assigned by MRR.

-Work as a Project Manager and Technical Manager to manage red flag accounts and technical initiatives needed for customers.
