This position is based out of our Sacramento Corporate office.

Ready to be part of the management team that positions the HR dept as a value added, strategic business partner to the company?

As the HR Manager you will manage the Generalist Team, and in partnership with the HR VP and Executive Management team, you will research, design and implement strategic HR initiatives and strategies.

You will coach and mentor your team of cross functional Generalists and support staff, providing guidance and direction on the “day to day” as well as on company-wide initiatives.

With a continual focus on improvement and being a company culture hero, additional areas of focus will include compensation, employee relations, benefits administration, and employment law.

What you will need to join our team: * Minimum of 5 years recent experience in an HR Management role overseeing a team of HR professionals.* Multistate HR experience highly preferred* Bachelors degree* Professional HR designation such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM – CP/SHRM
