Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Physical Therapist – Home Health 

Shift: Days, 8a-5:30p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week, can be flexible based on patient’s availability

Length: 26 weeks

One weekend day per month

Requirements:

• CA License 
• 1 Year of Home Health experience
• BLS
• Homecare Homebase HCHB

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).

Estimated Weekly Rate: $1970.30 per week
