Challenge. Growth. We are a growing and state-of-the-art facility with 16 operating rooms, and building out 6 more by 2022 with the opening of a new tower. The operating rooms have quick turnover and cases; with over 1,000 cases a month, both inpatient and outpatient. As a Center of Excellence in Total Joint, Bariatrics, and Robotics you will be able to grow your career with us. You will need to be prepared to always be on the move. We are looking for an individual who can thrive in the quick turnover environment, while maintaining a positive attitude, and core leadership skills. While leading and inspiring a team of 36 employees and collaborating with surgeons and hospital leadership you will have a tremendous impact on those around you. A Manager in this position is in a unique case, you will not only function as a member of the team, but also be prepared to lead through this fast-paced work environment. Because this is a leadership position, you will be responsible for setting the tone and serving as a model for other members of the team. A positive attitude, welcoming personality, and willingness to work with varying personalities will serve you well in this role. Qualifications: Experience and education minimum requirements: * Graduate of an approved nursing program License and certification minimum requirements: * Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership experience * Current California Registered Nurse license * Current BLS certification
