The duties of the role include greeting patients, verifying insurance, taking co-pays, scheduling appointments, and making sure patients have the necessary paperwork for other appointments.
Job Requirements:
- Previous Medical Front Office experience or completion of a Medical Front Office program and and an eagerness to learn
- Knowledge of HIPAA rules
