Customer Service Representative

Dial800 is a stable and growing Los Angeles (Westside) based marketing optimization company. We are pioneers in this field and our products and services empower marketers to generate more calls, more sales, and more ROI.

We were founded in 1989 but have recently reinvented ourselves and are rapidly growing. Our core product offering is based around our acclaimed call tracking Software-as-a-Service. We have a great team, exceptional esprit de corps, and are looking for someone to provide extraordinary, proactive service to our Concierge department in the Customer Services Representative role for Dial800.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring that new customers are set up efficiently and that a high degree of communication is maintained internally and externally.
  • Following fulfillment protocols/processes that relate to concierge and customer service including:
  • Creating client accounts
  • Reserving, licensing and routing toll free numbers
  • Training clients on our routing and call tracking platforms.
  • Understanding and determining routing needs, implementing routing changes and configurations on multiple platforms to best serve clients’ needs.
  • Troubleshooting any toll free number or routing issues internally and externally with vendors.
  • Identifying and recommending solutions to address client pain points, and always ready to take care of not only the customers, but the company as well.
  • Using Somos (formerly SMS/800) to make reservations and changes as needed.
  • Provisioning and/or ordering numbers with telecom partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

To be considered, you must be a United States Citizen or have a Green Card. Bachelor’s degree is required. Minimum of 2-3 years of account management experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point). Must be a self-starter and team player with the ability to work with other staff members, clients, vendors, and the public. Additionally, you should be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, and be looking for a long term position.
