Machine Operator I 30

This is a Full-time position in St Louis, CA posted June 8, 2021.

Position is for 1st shift (6:45am to 3:15pm).
Job Function:
• Be responsible to operate machinery, tools and equipment as well as undertake standard and complex production tasks safely to manufacture products in accordance with instructions in an ISO and FDA regulated environment.
• Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications. Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Demonstrated Electro-mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair minor equipment issues during production as well as perform required preventative maintenance per predetermined specifications.
• Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Be responsible to produce quality products with minimal assembly and paperwork errors.
• Be a team player and flexible to work any machines to product finished goods.
• Acquire a working knowledge of departmental procedures and administrative activities, which include, but are not limited to the following: accurate completion of inventory control, product identification, product labeling, sequence card use and other administrative duties.
• Demonstrate a personal commitment towards continuous improvement and the willingness to vocalize suggestions and concerns, while assisting with idea generation for solution, in a positive manner during daily interactions

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

Experience in manufacturing – machine operation (2+ years), equipment troubleshooting, demonstrate electro-mechanical aptitude (minor equipment repair), use of calibrated instruments (digital thermometer, voltmeter, etc), required. Demonstrated proficiency in reading, math, and manual dexterity, required.

Physical Requirements:
