OfficeTeam is seeking a Dispatcher with data entry and inbound call experience.

Construction industry knowledge is beneficial but not required.

Our client transports and provides materials to other businesses across the US.

Business hours are Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM with opportunity for over time during large projects.

A successful Dispatcher will naturally respond effectively under pressure, work swiftly through chaos and stay organized.

This is a highly recognized business with customers all over the world.

The company is growing, demand is on the rise We are seeking experienced Dispatcher with order entry skills, minimum of 2 years in a position which required large amounts information transferring.

OfficeTeam is looking for Dispatchers that are dedicated, detail oriented and able to work as a team player.

The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating between different sites and technicians to ensure the customer is completely satisfied and that the shipment runs smoothly from start to finish.

The Dispatcher must have good grammar & math skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, strong understanding of export processes and solid work ethic.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– High school diploma or its equivalent is required
– Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
– Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
– Highly organized and self-motivated
– 2 Years of Dispatching experience at minimum suggested
– Comprehensive knowledge of order entry
– Experience handling office equipment
