Contracts Administrator


This is a Contract position in CA posted October 30, 2019.

Ref ID: 00320-0011235623 Classification: Administrative Assistant Compensation: $24.00 to $28.00 hourly One of our clients, a real estate development firm, is seeking a contracts administrator on a temporary-to-full time basis.

This role will go full-time for the right candidate.

Job duties include answering phones, ordering office supplies, processing paperwork, doing expense reports, tracking insurance certifications, managing the construction team’s projects, and other support tasks as needed.

Construction experience is a plus but not a must.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and will be extremely organized with strong communication skills.

Hours are 9AM-5PM and pay is up to $28/hr on the temporary side.

Once full-time, it could pay up to 60k.

– Skills in internet research
– Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Business review documents experience
– General familiarity with Microsoft Excel
– Email experience highly desired
– Earlier work involving project management
– Previous experience working with Vendor Management
– Well-founded grasp of minute taking
– Proficiency in cross functional project management
– Quality experience with MS Outlook
– Wide ranging experience with Microsoft Word
– Expertise in meeting coordination and planning
– Foundational knowledge in data entry
– Good understanding of scheduling
– Proven knowledge of expense reports
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
