Administrative Support/reception


This is a Full-time position in Fresno, CA posted February 1, 2020.

A successful Fresno firm seeks a candidate to run all aspects of their busy office from providing a smiling face to greet customers and provide strong clerical support to the dynamic management team.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Typing and 10-Key skills ?

Making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, event planning, processing expense reports and excellent customer service skills ?

Minimum of 2-4 years of related work experience is preferred.
