Administrative assistant

EBA&M (Employee Benefits Administration & Management) is an Irvine-based Third-Party Administrator offering comprehensive administration services for self-funded health plans.

Since 1974 we have worked to build a reputation in the broker community as a TPA that is professional, dependable, and easy to work with.

The role of Marketing Associate will be to support our sales and account management teams, fullfull day-to-day service needs of our clients, and provide our clients and vendors with ongoing information and reporting as required by our customer agreements.

A strong candidate should have the following qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several ongoing projects A comfort with basic math and the ability to read a spreadsheet Availability and comfort attending health fairs and open enrollment meetings at client worksites Basic Excel and Microsoft Word understanding as well a level of comfort learning new software applications used in our core business Capable of working autonomously without constant supervision Experience working in the insurance industry is a plus.

College degree is preffered but not requred.

Ability to work collaboratively is a must.
