We are seeking a creative and driven individual to lead the daily operation and administration of Card and Cash Operations, including Client experience, chargebacks/disputes, fraud monitoring as well as usage activity, replenishment and settlement for cards CDU and ATMs.

The VP of Card and Cash Operations will continually evaluate service quality by setting, maintaining and monitoring specific benchmarks to measure efficiency, accuracy and leverage of current technologies to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.

In partnership with their Product Strategy counterpart, the leader will identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the client experience and internal processes in this critical space.

The leader will focus on maintaining high team morale, reinforcing clarity of mission, strategy and approach, and understanding, shaping and meeting career goals/objectives of team members.

The position requires thoughtful and capable leadership focused on being a steward of Bank culture, advising the business with strategic and impactful solutions and ongoing communications on change management to the enterprise.

What youll do as aVice President, Card and Cash Operations: Identify and prioritize opportunities and initiatives while maintaining focus on exceptional client experience and value for our cardholders.

Coordinate and organize the development, enhancement, and support of card and cash initiatives, including the ongoing development and maintenance of the Bank Recyclers, CDUs, ATMs and the Debit Card Program Recommend processes, procedures, techniques, and standards to implement new and/or improve card and cash operations Lead and develop team of direct and indirect reports through coaching, feedback and mentorship.

Support team in developing new ways of working and processes to scale to meet business growth and demand.

Identifies, evaluates, and manages risk within area and implements risk mitigation strategies and activities as appropriate.

Responsible for loss prevention mitigation and functions with regard to claims of card and payments-related fraud and disputes.

Understand client needs, key metrics, and the competitive landscape through market research and data driven insights to continuously improve the client experience.

Monitor and report on performance results to executive management using both qualitative and quantitative analysis Coordinate and administer card ordering, instant issuance, card reissue, dispute resolution and fraud research.

Develop training plans for support teams, banker and clients and maintain collateral material as well as procedures and policies for the product Provide direction and support through cross-functional relationships with both front and back office teams as well as external partnerships Perform duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities.

Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering or complying with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e.

Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.

MBA preferred.

10-15 years of card related experience, preferably within operations Strong leadership, analytical and inter-personal skills.

The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple functions, establishing and delivering optimal solutions that support business objectives.

Demonstrated success in key areas of talent management acquiring, developing, and retaining top talent, building succession plans and creating meaningful career experiences for our colleagues.

Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across the Bank Track record of driving significant and successful business transformation including new functionality, features, services and operational changes Strategic and innovative thinker able to gain a quick understanding of business needs to recommend solutions Proven ability to lead through influence and drive change Strong analytical skills Strong project management, planning and organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to build and motivate teams The ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions; understand the meaning of words and respond effectively; and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions Position involves sitting most of the time but may involve walks or standing for brief periods of time Must be able to travel as position requires May be required to lift 25-50lbs Job Demands: Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
