job summary:

Randstad Professionals is presently conducting a search for a Sr. Project Accountant to add to their team. The role will be a replacement role and would report to the VP/Controller.

location: Pacific Palisades, California

job type: Permanent

salary: $60,000 – 85,000 per year

work hours: 8 to 6

education: Bachelor’s degree

experience: 5 Years

responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Month, Quarter and Year-End close
  • P & L Management
  • General Ledger
  • Audit
  • Cash and Investment Accounting
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Process Improvement
  • Financial Reporting
  • Ad-hoc Analysis
  • Other duties as assigned

qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience with additional experience in real estate construction. Other requirements include:

  • Team Player
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Yardi experience highly desired but not required
