The Financial Systems and Technology group (FST) within Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) is seeking a senior Asset & Liability Management (ALM) Senior Business Analyst to join our Asset and Liability Technology team providing service to Wells Fargo Corporate ALCO under Treasury.

Senior analyst is responsible to work with Business to understand requirement, provide needed solution, and work with team members to design, develop and maintain high quality analytics solutions.

Their duties include service delivery and may include ongoing operational support of the data management.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for providing business analysis expertise for technology initiatives in a financial product area(s) and/or a functional area within the Securities businesses.

Partner with business and technology teams to analyze, interpret, and document requirements for complex business problems and recommend comprehensive technology solutions.

Use technical expertise and in depth Asset and Liability knowledge in Interest Rate Risk, Stress Test & Profitability modeling to develop solutions that are strategic, cost effective and meet business requirements.

Apply knowledge of industry and technology changes to meet business partner tactical and strategic goals.

Work with business users to develop and provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend changes.

Participate in developing, planning and implementing reengineering and process changes for greater efficiencies.

Ensure effective system testing and project development lifecycle management within the area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications 7 years of business systems analysis or design experience 4 years of experience in the capital markets and investment banking industry 5 years of SQL experience 5 years of data analysis experience 5 years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience 3 years of data warehouse experience 3 years of analytics experience A BS/BA degree or higher Desired Qualifications Knowledge and understanding of technology business systems analysis or design in capital markets and investment banking Knowledge and understanding of operational work flows/processes for capital markets and investment banking, including industry participants Knowledge and understanding of industry regulations for developing technological solutions 3 years of Asset and Liability Management (ALM) experience Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution Knowledge and understanding of data governance challenges and approaches: metadata, data quality, and data stewardship Knowledge and understanding of system requirements, software design, and Interface Control Documents Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding business and consumer-lending or deposit laws and regulations A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or other business related field Other Desired Qualifications 1 years of Treasury Business & Technology Process Knowledge and understanding of technology business systems analysis or design in QRM AL module Knowledge and understanding of Interest Rate Risk modeling, Profitability Modeling Knowledge and understanding of industry regulations for developing technological solutions Disclaimer All offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
